Roof-Jacking Factory – Isithebe KwaZulu-Natal
Due to new equipment height requirements, the client required an existing factory, with an eaves height of 7 meters, to be raised to a final eaves height of 12 meters. The roof was raised insitu as a single unit with all cladding and electrical operations intact. This was done successfully with minimal disruption to adjacent factories and customer satisfaction was achieved.
The roof of a 1 600 sq meter shopping centre in Nongoma – KwaZulu Natal was jacked using a similar method, with minimal disturbance to surrounding tenants in the same complex.
